Last Friday, I sent the first draft of the Cigar Profiler website functional design to a web developer to get an idea of the costs involved. With a ball park figure in hand, I can start looking for funds.
I am currently considering several strategies, one of which is crowd sourcing. This blog's purpose is to get the word out. In the coming days, I shall add more information about the project and the ideas behind it.
